Section 33 Request for Permission to ICI

This form is used for when a person who wishes to do anything that will or may materially affect the condition of a road or its use, the access to a road; who wishes to construct, alter, or maintain any road or other infrastructure; or wishes to connect any accessway to any road.

Note that this is not for cutting the road. Please go to https://ici.gov.ck/road-excavation-permits/ for that application.

If your work will affect the movement of traffic (vehicles and pedestrians) you are required to submit a temporary traffic management plan with this application.
