The Educare National Office will provide complimentary shuttle services for attendees at the Network Meeting to be hosted in Flint, MI, May 7-9. As you finalize your travel plans, we request each registered attendee complete the form below.

Why is this important? There are very limited taxi and rideshare services available in Flint, MI; fees and services will vary depending on the time of day and distance. We encourage you to use the coordinated shuttles or a rental car. To support local transit, Educare schools have received funds for local ground transit, including rental cars.

Please coordinate with your school leadership and colleagues prior to completing this form.

Travel to/from Detroit Metro Airport (DTW)

The Educare National Office will provide complimentary shuttle services to/from the Detroit Airport (DTW) at designated times only (see times below).

Travel to/from Flint Bishop Airport (FNT)

Complimentary shuttle services to/from the Flint Bishop Airport (FNT) will be provided.

Travel from the Hyatt Place & Holiday Inn to the Riverfront Conference Center

Complimentary daily shuttle services to/from the Hyatt Place and Holiday Inn to the event venue will be provided.

The Hilton Garden Inn Flint Downtown is a 2-minute walk to the meeting venue. No daily ground shuttle services will be provided. Shuttle services to/from the Wednesday evening reception venue and the Educare Flint Open House will be provided.

Please reach out to us at support@educarenetwork.org should you need any special accommodations from the Hilton.

We will not provide coordinated shuttle services from other hotels/locations in the Flint area.
