Please e-transfer payment to mtpapenning@hotmail.com and be sure to enter your name in the comments field.

Once we've received your payment we will email you your ticket numbers and enter your tickets into the draw.

The draw will be held at the Keystone Centre in Brandon Manitoba on Saturday September 13th at approximately 2:00pm. Winners will be contacted at the email and/or phone number provided on this form. Prizes must be claimed within 24 hours or they will be redrawn.
