The ASHHRA Continuing Education Application is for organizations interested in offering recertification credit for educational programs. ASHHRA will approve the program outline for CHHR recertification and approve educational offerings that are HR-related and align with the CHHR Examination Content Outline (based on the HR Leader Model competencies). Recertification Credit will not be issued for presentations held in conjunction with a meal or programs under one hour.

CHHR CEU providers must apply for renewed annual use of the CHHR CEUs as well as an associated fee of $250 (includes a $50 processing fee). Upon renewal, approved providers will receive an annual Approved Provider logo as well as approved provider status through Dec. 31 of the renewal year.

• ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE PROGRAM. Credit cannot be awarded after the program has occurred.
• The education event’s program outline / meeting agenda / schedule of events must also accompany this form. Attachments to be included in the "file upload" field at the bottom of this form.
• For verification purposes, please send a list of the program’s participant(s) to ASHHRA.EDU@ashhra.org within 14 days of program end, along with the following information: attendee name, title, organization, address, city, state, zip and email address.

Every reasonable effort should be made to verify participants completed the course(s) or program(s) for which CEUs were awarded.
