The Equipment Rebates program provides incentives for energy-saving equipment in commercial and industrial customers. This includes multifamily properties over three stories. Multifamily properties under three stories are not eligible for this program and can find more information about Tacoma Power's residential rebate programs at mytpu.org/incentives.
