The NCDHHS COVID-19 At-Home Test site finder tool enables recipients to find locations offering free at-home COVID-19 test kits for pick up. The site finder will remain active until June 30, 2025. If your organization has exhausted your supply of tests and wish to be removed sooner than June 30, please fill out this form and select "Remove existing listing(s)."

Free COVID Test Kits No Longer Available to Order in HPOP

As of June 3, 2025, the Federal COVID-19 Test Distribution Program has ended. Orders for at-home COVID-19 tests will no longer be accepted in the Health Partner Order Portal (HPOP). Any orders placed prior to June 3 will be fulfilled.
