Individuals on the waitlist will receive an email notice when an earlier communication date becomes available. The spot will be given to the first person who claims it.

 

Provide your phone number if dialing into the meeting by phone so the Council Clerk may identify you during the meeting. If you do not provide your phone number, you may miss your opportunity to speak.

Please spell out acronyms and abbreviations. Third party names will not be published on the agenda.

Submitting this form does not guarantee your communication request. The Council Clerk will confirm your communication date by email.


The requester's name and communication subject will be published on the Council agenda. Subjects may be edited for brevity.


Requesters are limited to one scheduled communication per month no more than two calendar months in advance.


If a Council meeting is cancelled, individuals with scheduled communications will be notified of the next available date.
