PMMI has produced this whitepaper to illustrate the findings of our latest research project, which looks into the current perceived needs of a vital segment of packaging & processing machinery end-users – consumer packaged goods companies (CPGs). Our purpose was to determine how the COVID-19 pandemic is changing the way CPGs run their operations in 2021, with a view to informing OEMs of how best they can cater for their customers’ needs in terms of machinery capabilities and support services.
