Wine Australia and New Zealand Winegrowers have teamed up to run a trade and consumer tasting in Sweden and The Netherlands in 2025.


Registration is open for Australian and New Zealand wineries and their importers, distributors and agents in Sweden and The Netherlands.


On the form you can select one or both cities as well as select the size and the number of tables that you would like.


Please note that there is a maximum capacity for participation in this event, which will be secured on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. If capacity is reached, there will be a waiting list. If a winery secures participation through the waiting list (which also be on a ‘first come, first served’ basis), they will be notified by Wine Australia / New Zealand Winegrowers as soon as reasonably possible and will have three working days to confirm participation.


The cost of exhibiting in each city is:


Half table to show up to 6 wines per event


AUS $1025 (ex. GST)

NZD $1130 (ex. GST)


Full table to show up to 12 wines per event


AUS $2050 (ex. GST)

NZD $2260 (ex. GST)


You will receive an invoice for the participation fee in August 2025.


Please note that the participation fee does not cover freight/customs, travel or accommodation costs.

Cancellation Policy


As a participant, you may withdraw from the event at any time by giving notice to Wine Australia and New Zealand Winegrowers.


If you cancel your participation:

  • between 8 and 4 weeks before the event, 50% of the event fee remains liable
  • within 4 weeks of the event, 100% of the event fee remains liable.
 
 
 
 

Additional conditions

All New Zealand wines entered into this Event must adhere to the NZWG Sustainability Policy which states that wines are eligible to be entered into a NZWG events as long as they are 100% certified by a recognised sustainability programme (SWNZ, BioGro, AsureQuality and Demeter certifications).
