Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the requested time. Your request is not confirmed until you have received confirmation from our office.


Viewing times will start at 8:15 a.m. and conclude at 8:45 a.m.


Only one request may be made at a time. A new request must be made for each day you are requesting to view materials.

Pursuant to F.S. 101.572(2), a candidate, a political party official, or a political committee official, or an authorized designee thereof, shall be granted reasonable access upon request to review or inspect ballot materials before canvassing or tabulation, including voter certificates on vote-by-mail envelopes, cure affidavits, corresponding comparison signatures, duplicate ballots, and corresponding originals.

This form becomes a public record when submitted to the Volusia County Supervisor of Elections.
