The following survey is to gather information on Rapido as a Resource Sharing service from the library faculty and staff perspective. This survey will be shared at multiple points in the year to track opinions over time as Rapido is used and updated. Suggestions may be relayed to Ex Libris as enhancement requests without sharing identifiable information.

Identifiable information is gathered to compare results over time, know who to contact to fix local issues, and see trends among different library roles. Answers will be anonymized before the results are shared beyond the Resource Sharing Manager (Christopher Lee) and the Resource Sharing Functional Committee.

Results will be used as part of the Rapido assessment and to create a report to share with the Council of Library Deans, library faculty and staff, and Ex Libris.
