OCS recognises referrals that lead to successful placements with our 'Referral Reward' scheme.

  • Speak with the individual you would like to refer, confirming their interest and consent.
  • You will need to attach a copy of their up-to-date CV or a document summarising their skills & experience, contact number and email address.
  • Complete this Referral Form (a red asterisk * is a mandatory field)
  • The referral application will be sent directly to the Hiring Manager who will complete the next stages of the recruitment process and will advise if the candidate has been successful.
  • You will receive a reward in line with the bandings below if the referral is successful:


  1. £0 - £29,999 - £50 voucher
  2. £30,000 - £49,999 - £250 bonus
  3. £50,000+ - £500 bonus
