This form is to apply for the Grass Removal Rebate Inspection (the first step in the process). Once the form is submitted, you will be contacted (by email) to schedule a specific time for inspection/instructions on the next steps.

Area will be measured by technician to confirm sqft. Measurement and inspection required before removal of grass to be eligible.

Acknowledgement*

I understand that grass must be green, living, and maintained to be eligible. Any area that is not maintained & currently watered will be ineligible.

Acknowledgement 2*

I understand that an inspection is required BEFORE removal of grass to be eligible. Any grass removed prior to an inspection from a SJC conservation technician will make project ineligible for any rebate.
