Furthermore, I acknowledge that upon request, I can provide documentation verifying my work experience in previous air sealing or insulation projects such as previous contracts with personally identifiable information redacted.

Washington Continuous Contractor Surety Bond in the amount of $30,000 for general contractors and $15,000 for specialty contractors

General liability insurance policy in the amount of $200,000 in public liability and $50,000 property damage, or $250,000 combined single limit

Applicants must provide documentation that company staff have the certification(s) required to conduct IRA Home Energy Rebate program installations. See the QCN Required Contractor Certifications for a list of credentials for each type of home service offered. Please attach proof of certification for each individual staff member.

Optional Certifications - Include any additional certifications you want consumers to be aware of, like technology certifications, Minority and Women Owned Business, Veteran Owned Enterprise, or Small Business Enterprise.
