Ticketing Data Analytics on Audience Answers

Thank you for your interest in connecting your organisation’s ticketing data into Audience Answers. Your ticketing system provides a rich source of data about your audiences and by connecting it to Audience Answers you’re able to see your data converted to at-a-glance key insights.

  • To get started, kindly fill in the below form, providing all the necessary information when prompted. Once received, we will then confirm all the information you’ve submitted is correct with you within 2 working days.

  • We will also send you our Data Use and Confidentiality Agreement (DUCA) via Adobe Sign (look out for an email from our colleague Stephen Miller). Please complete each field of this agreement fully with your organisational details, sending it back once completed. You can find a Q&A overview of our data protection and processing here.

  • Once we receive confirmation that all the information we have is correct and we have received a signed copy of the DUCA from you, our Ticketing Team will go ahead with creating the connection between your ticketing system and Audience Answers. This process can take up to 10 working days though we will let you know the progress of the feed at every stage so you’re up to date with where we’re at.

Please indicate your funder(s) below. If your organisation does not receive funds from any of these funding bodies, please select "Not Applicable".

RAMP hosted means your Tessitura system is held in the cloud. Self hosted is when you have a highly customed ticketing system.

If you're unsure if your organisation is self or RAMP hosted, you can contact your organisation's Tessitura administrator or check your login URL; if the URL contains "tessituranetworkramp.com", it's RAMP hosted, while a custom domain usually indicates a self-hosted setup.

Is there anything else we should know about your ticketing system? For example, do you sell tickets for or via another venue? Do you sell tickets on behalf of touring companies that visit your venue?
