Chemonics International Inc, an international development consulting firm, is seeking application and expression of interest for the bellow positions for USAID’s anticipated “Furthering Health System Reforms in Ukraine” (FHSR) project. The purpose of this project is to support the ongoing efforts of the Government of Ukraine and its civil society partners to achieve a transparent, accountable, and effective health care system that is capable of meeting the health needs of the Ukrainian people. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for helping people lead healthy lives around the world. Chemonics International seeks applications for the following positions: 1. Chief of Party (COP) 2. Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) 3. Pharmaceutical Policy and Governance Advisor 4. Pharmaceutical Financing Advisor 5. Supply Chain Management Advisor 6. Human Resources for Health Advisor 7. Health Financing/Health Economics Advisor 8. eHealth/Health Management Information Systems Advisor 9. Private Sector Engagement for Health Advisor 10. Operations, Finance and Human Resources Director 11. Monitoring and Evaluation Manager 12. Subcontracts and Grants Management Manager Preferred Qualifications: 1. Advanced degree in health policy, health financing, health economics, public health systems, or a related subject area preferred 2. At least 8 years of work experience in or around the public health sector 3. Minimum of 3-8 years of experience working on donor-funded projects; experience with USAID preferred 4. Significant experience in key areas listed above with proven ability to achieve program target 5. Strong ability and desire to work collaboratively with the government of Ukraine, international donors and local partners 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 7. Fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian required; advanced English language skills preferred
