Thank you for participating in the North Idaho ISAS Capstone event! Please fill out the form below, as well as attach the other listed forms in the file upload section at the bottom.


You will need to fill out this form prior to attending the Capstone event.

What type of participant are you?

What school do you attend? If a mentor, please indicate the organization you are affiliated with. If a parent/guardian, please list your student's school.

Parking

They are required to be able to park on campus.
