A Master Agreement does not provide funding. A Master Agreement outlines basic terms and conditions that will apply to all MIRL loans in the Sponsoring Jurisdiction's community. Sponsoring Jurisdictions that have passed an ordinance or resolution authorizing a MIRL grant program are eligible to request a Master Agreement.
