ARTICLE XIV of the Bylaws of the Appraisal Foundation describes the composition and functions of TAFAC.

The Standards of Conduct and Ethics for persons affiliated with The Appraisal Foundation (the “Code”) was adopted by the Board of Trustees and must be followed by individuals serving on TAFAC. As part of this, all individuals serving on TAFAC must complete the Ethics Disclosure Statement (EDS)/Code Affirmation.
