Please complete this form to request a Bid Credit Certificate to include with your bid package. If approved, a pdf copy of your assigned certificate will be emailed to the requestors email address, your company contact email address and the awarding agency contact email address. The pdf copy will also be available in your Bid Credit Account. Please update this certificate request once the bid has been awarded. Bid credits sequestered for this request will not be released without an update from both the contractor and the awarding agency.
