Sponsorship Interest Form

This form is for businesses interested in being a part of Lone Tree Annual City Events. Our events give businesses the opportunity to connect with our residents and be a part of our engaged community.


Sponsors will be chosen based on the engagement and value they can provide to each event.


Completing this form does not guarantee acceptance as a sponsor. You will be contacted by the Director of Grants and Corporate Development to inform you whether you have met the criteria or not.


Spots are limited for each event so getting your form in early is advantageous.


SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES


EVENT SPONSORSHIP

Those seeking widespread company recognition as an event sponsor on all promotional materials & event collateral, in addition toon-site booth presence at events.            

                                                          

  • Single Event - $1,500
  • Craftoberfest & Fall Festival @ Schweiger Ranch - $2,500
  • Full Season Sponsorship - $5,000


SMALL BUSINESS MARKETING OPPORTUNITY

Those looking for just an on-site booth presence at events with fewer than 40 employees on staff.     


  • Single Event - $750
  • Craftoberfest & Schweiger Ranch - $1,000
  • Full Season - $2,000


*All those providing their own tent with receive a 20% discount. A more detailed outline of benefits will be sent upon receipt of your interest form.

Describe how you plan to engage with guests at the event in an authentic way that adds value to the event. All sponsors are required to provide some type of activity or activation at their booth during the event.


This could be as simple as a compelling giveaway, or more elaborate, like a game or demonstration. We’d be happy to share more information about what sponsors have done in the past, to help you brainstorm.
