After registration we will send you an activation code in order for you to verify your email address. You can activate your account at your convenience. If you lose your activation code you can request a new one at any time. Please also check your spam folder to make sure our email has not ended up there by mistake. We require an identification check for our volunteers, please allow up to 72 hours for these checks to take place. Please note that volunteers without access to transport will only be offered a telephone support role (Check in and Chat). Please be aware that we can only accept applications from volunteers living in Wales. Work is underway to ensure other parts of the UK have all the support they need.
