During the COVID-19 pandemic, many are finding themselves procrastinating on taking action on their to-do lists. This often causes stress and negative feelings. For some, procrastination has been an ongoing issue and for others, it has increased during COVID-19. Join us in a supportive environment to explore this issue. During this workshop, we will discuss: • The reasons why people procrastinate • What causes procrastination • 5 strategies to move forward This event will be facilitated by Kathleen Terry and the Power 9 Programs Committee.
