Director of Challenge Course Services

Adventureworks! is hiring a Director of Challenge Course Services to help support our Challenge Course Services staff team and Clients. The Director will work closely with our senior management team to ensure the success of all challenge course services projects. This position will be heavily focused in personnel and project management and the candidate will work to ensure staff are receiving the support, tools and development that they need to be successful in their roles.


Core Responsibilities
• Meet client needs by ensuring the provision of high quality and innovative installation, inspection, training, certification, program support, retail products, and zip line services that comply with industry standards and regulations.

• Manage selection, training, supervision, and performance of all CCS employees, including Installers, Inspectors, Trainer/Testers, Project Managers, and administrative staff.

• Take responsibility for supervising the project management process in this department.

• Take responsibility for managing the operating budget and delivering projects on time and on budget to help ensure financial success of this department.

• Manage the ongoing development and maintenance process for training curriculum, installation plans, and operating procedures for our products.

• Take responsibility for the implementation of the Quality Assurance Program, Risk Management Program, and Occupational Health and Safety Program in this department.

• Support company wide initiatives as necessary.
