Meeting Room & Facility Request
The City of Fishers is pleased to provide the members of our community equitable access to meeting rooms, pending availability.
- A $50 security Deposit is due upon reservation approval. Checks can be delivered to 3 Municipal Drive. The security deposit will be refunded to the extent it is not used to pay for repairs, costs or clean-up associated with the use of the facility. All applicants remain liable for repairs, costs or damages that exceed the amount of the security deposit or fee. Final determination of damages shall be made by the City Facilities Manager or their designee.
- Currently the Pavilion Conference Room is available to reserve for your group/meeting Monday-Friday from 6 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., with weekend use decided on a case-by-case basis.
- This conference room has a 25 person capacity and features movable tables and chairs as well as a TV with a click share projecting system. Restrooms are available in this space as well as a mini fridge.
- You are permitted to bring your own food and beverages. No alcohol is permitted.
- Meeting rooms are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Rooms are not available when city offices are closed for the holidays.

- Doors will not unlock until 15 minutes prior to the meeting start time. Please call (317) 595-3475 to contact Building Maintenance if problems arise during your meeting outside of business hours. If you will be late or are finished early you MUST contact Building Maintenance to lock the space to avoid vandalism. You are responsible for the space and any damages that take place during your booked time. During business hours, please contact 317-595-3111.
