Beyond the Bell shifts are Monday to Friday, 2:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (shift times vary based on school location). Employees must be available for the entirety of their scheduled shifts. Please provide your regular availability below by selecting all that apply:

Beyond the Bell Casual positions require availability to work a minimum of two (2) days a week between the hours of 2:15 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. (shift times vary based on school location), Monday to Friday with mandatory availability for Friday shifts. POLICE RECORDS CHECKS

It is the policy and practice of the YMCA to receive a current criminal reference check as a condition of employment/volunteer service. As per YMCA policy, the Association also reserves the right to randomly request future criminal reference check reports as a condition of continued employment and/or volunteer service. While the initial cost of the criminal reference check is the responsibility of the employee/volunteer, the cost of subsequent reports will be assumed by the YMCA of Hamilton|Burlington|Brantford. Police Records checks are reviewed on an individual basis and the offence(s), if any, is considered in the decision-making process in relation to the requirement of working with children, therefore not eliminating all candidates with a record from being offered a position.
