*** Optum RPA SFTP - Data form discontinued ***

(New instructions for getting sFTP set up are below.)


As a process change, we have discontinued the use of this “Optum RPA sFTP data form.”


If your organization meets all three criteria below, please submit a support ticket* on the Customer Care Hub (https://customercare.changehealthcare.com/public/home.html) to request getting set up:

    1.    You were previously processing transactions to RPA through an sFTP process.

    2.    You haven’t already requested to migrate to Optum’s Electronic Communications Gateway (ECG) sFTP.

    3.    You are still interested in connecting with RPA using sFTP.


    * If you are supported directly by your vendor, please contact your vendor for assistance in submitting this request.


Include the following items in your ticket:

•    Client ID

•    Primary contact name, email, and phone

•    Technical contact name, email, and phone

•    Technical contact backup

•    Electronic health record (EHR) system

•    Static IP address(es)

Note: Subnet ranges 23 or below are not accepted.

    o    List up to 16 individual, external/public, static IP addresses that you will use to submit files using SFTP separated by a comma.

    o    If you don't know your IP address, follow these instructions:

            Make sure that you are on a computer on the same network that the SFTP file transfer will originate from.

            Open your web browser.

            Search for “What’s my IP Address?”

    o    If you use a cloud hosted EHR or billing system, work with your vendor to determine the right IP address(es).


Support

•    Submit a request for support on the Customer Care Hub (https://customercare.changehealthcare.com/public/home.html).

•    If you do not have a Customer Care Hub account, click the “Request account” button on the home page.

        o    When completing the information, enter your RPA account ID or primary Tax ID in the Additional Account ID Value field.
