TOWN OF DILLON SNOW STORAGE AGREEMENT

The Town of Dillon owns a large snow storage area west of the Dillon Cemetery. This snow storage area is available for use by Dillon residents/business owners or by contractors working in Dillon for Dillon residents/business owners.


    •  The Town’s snow storage area may be used for storing snow from properties within the Town’s limits ONLY and may not be used for dumping anything other than snow.

    •  Contractors are allowed to use this storage area between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. The snow storage area is under video surveillance.

    •   Anyone using the storage area is responsible for locking the gate(s) after every operational period.

    •   Costs for storing snow in the Town’s storage area is $500/month. MUST provide payment no later than the 10th of the month for the preceding month.

• If you rent vehicles or subcontract another company for snow removal on your behalf, you MUST notify the Town of Dillon, Public Works for access. Contract will be terminated if notification is not provided.

• Any disagreements or any violation of the terms of this agreement will result in termination of the agreement.
