Our goal is to provide a meaningful learning experience that complements medical training and helps you prepare to provide quality care that will change the lives of your patients.

The Sons & Daughters program offers multiple tracks to support healthcare professionals, including the following:

• Medicine (M.D., D.O.): Designed to support medicine trainees during medical school, residency, and fellowship.
• A Primary Care + Rural medicine track is designed to support those individuals who pursue careers in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and rural medicine upon matching into a residency program.
• Psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D): Sanford Health Pre-doctoral Psychology Internship Consortium interns are eligible for program membership upon matching into the internship program.

Membership Eligibility

• Current Sanford employee accepted into a training program, or
• Family member of a current employee, or
• Trainee currently training with Sanford, and
• A/B grade average, satisfactory marks, or in good standing

Maintaining Your Membership

• Participation in annual professional development session
• Biannual program check-in
• Maintain A/B grade average or satisfactory marks
