Congratulations on your transfer achievement. Let’s celebrate!

The Foothill Transfer Achievement Celebration will be held in-person. Recommended, no more than 2 guests per student (Masks Optional).

Date: Tuesday, June 18, 2024

Time: 6:30pm – 8:pm (Light appetizers will be served at 6pm)

Location: Foothill College Dining Hall (2200)

Students admitted to a university for FALL 2024 are invited to participate in the celebration and must register by June 7 and attend in-person (space is limited).

Students that cannot attend in-person, are not eligible for all of the benefits of attending in-person, but can still view the celebration via YouTube video live-stream (view only, not interactive).

Students who register by June 7 and attend in-person:

- will have a slide

- will be in the $250 transfer scholarship drawing (only one drawing entry per registrant)

- will receive a university pennant when they check-in at the event

Students who register by June 14 and attend in-person:

- will have a slide

- will be in the $250 transfer scholarship drawing (only one drawing entry per registrant)

- may/may not receive a university pennant when they check-in at the event

Students who register by either deadline and cannot attend in-person:

- will have a slide

- will not be in the $250 transfer scholarship drawing

- will not receive a university pennant

Students who don’t register on-time can attend and be acknowledged but they will not be eligible for the benefits listed above.

Instructions to Register:

•    Complete and submit this Transfer Achievement Celebration webform

•    Upload your photo, size 500x500 jpeg, which will be included in the Transfer Achievement Celebration slide presentation. Your slide will look more complete if you provide a picture. Your picture can be a head shot or from the waist up.

•    When you Register: In 60 words or less, please provide a few sentences about a positive Foothill College experience (ie: student clubs/government, special programs, athletics, etc), Foothill employees, and/or family members that have helped you towards your transfer success. This information will be added to our Transfer Center website, with your photo and transfer achievement.

•    Student comments and pictures may be edited by the Transfer Center if necessary.
