UCLCC Request Form

Welcome to the University of California Livermore Collaboration Center (UCLCC). UCLCC is a set of University of California owned and operated buildings located along the eastern boundary of the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) site.


The required security and access protocols may be different from, and less restrictive than, the security and access requirements applicable to the rest of the LLNL site. All non-UC meeting organizers using this facility shall be solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant and applicable laws, regulations, rules, orders, and any other mandatory requirements imposed by governmental entities and their institution apart from the University of California.


Additionally, meetings hosted at UCLCC are for unclassified discussions only, and adhering to restrictions related to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or other sensitive information and or foreign nationals is the sole responsibility of the host. Hosts are responsible for choosing Zoom Room security options appropriate for their meeting.


By submitting this use request form, you acknowledge the above information and your agreement to be solely responsible for following any and all applicable requirements.

Collaborative program requests are evaluated on an individual basis through information provided in the request form located in the link below. Requests that meet the Center’s objectives are invited to use the facility.
