Your curator will contact you on their next shift once you sign up to do an initial consultation and setup your preferred payment method.
Wine Club boxes will receive the 15% discount that you would generally get on a 12-bottle case (on non-sale items only).
You will be automatically charged at the time your new wine box is ready for pickup, or when your delivery has been scheduled.
Wines Club wines are not exchangeable or refundable if opened, but if you receive a wine that doesn't fit your palate, please contact your personal curator so that he/she can adjust your preference sheet. You will also receive a survey via e-mail where you can let your curator know what you liked and didn't like about your last selections.
