Terms and conditions

Santa’s Updates are licenced non-exclusively for the individual named station on our invoice. Each update can be broadcast only on the named day. The update can be broadcast as many times as required during that day. Updates are delivered weekly, during the week prior to broadcast. Updated are licenced for use on air in November and December 2024 only. Stations are responsible for checking that the content of Santa’s Updates comply with relevant broadcast regulations.
