As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe research environment, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requests that all groups working with nanomaterials complete this assessment to evaluate potential exposure risks and ensure proper safety measures are in place. This form helps identify how nanoparticles are used, what controls are currently implemented, and whether additional hazard assessments are needed. Your responses will guide us in determining if further safety protocols, training, or engineering controls are necessary to protect researchers, staff, and students.
