All Youth Commission meetings are held on Wednesday evenings from 5:30-7:00 p.m.

Committee meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month and Youth Commission meetings (of the whole) are held the third Wednesday of each month except when these dates fall on or around holidays.

There are no meetings held in August.

Please note that there are various term start and end dates in 2025 and 2026 due to a change FROM terms running Jan.2-Jan. 1 of the subsequent year TO Sep. 1-Aug 31 of the subsequent year.
