Juliette Program Point Request
Complete this request for each activity you wish to use program points towards.
Points may be used for:
-Renewing your girls’ membership
-Registering for Girl Scout events (any council)
-Registering for Girl Scout camp (any council)
-Anything in the council shop
-Destination trips through councils/EF Tours
-Supplies towards council approved badgework or Highest Award
projects.
A new form must be submitted every time a points use is being applied to an activity.
For example: payments on Destinations, along with new invoice. If you are looking to request that your points be saved from expiration for use of a future activity, you must complete this form detailing the program/event/destination that the points are being saved for.
If the activity is not yet open for registration, please note the date the registration is due to open in the additional information section if available.
