PACK EXPO Southeast Meeting Room Request Form

Please complete the exhibitor meeting room request form and submit to meetingrooms@pmmi.org by February 3, 2025. Space is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Meeting rooms are only available to contracted exhibitors with a minimum of 400 square feet of exhibit space. If an exhibitor cancels their booth space, the meeting room request will be automatically cancelled.


Meeting rooms cannot be used for additional exhibit space.
