This request will generate one invoice to the listed Organization for your group registration.

The American Society for Healthcare Engineering of the American Hospital Association (ASHE), a professional membership group of the American Hospital Association (AHA) agrees to provide group registration to the requesting Organization for the Certified Health Care Physical Environment Worker online exam according to the following:

A code for individuals to use when registering for the e-Learning course.

• The code will be limited to the number of requested users.
• Each registration with the code counts as one use of the code.
• If a user fails the exam and needs to retake it; the new registration will count as an additional count of the code.
• The code is space and character sensitive.
• Codes can be tracked and reported upon request of the contact.

Invoice the organization for the total amount due.

Registration and Login instructions for the organization contact to share with users.

Access and support for ASHE's Learning Center.

Share the registration code with all of the users so they can register themselves for the course.

• Each person needs to register themselves for the e-Learning course.
• Individual accounts with unique e-mails are required so everyone can create their own online profiles and access their course online in ASHE's Learning Center.
• If someone from your organization is going to register another person, please be sure this is done using the learner's name, email, etc.

Pay the invoice for the cost of registration for all of the users.

• The group registration fee for the Certified Health Care Physical Environment Worker online exam is $40 per person (member or nonmember)
