Thank you for your interest in Senior Planet's licensing program for in-person learning experiences! The application process is as follows:

1. Applicant attends a 60-minute information session
2. Applicant submits the following form to apply for the program
3. OATS conducts a review and informs the applicant within 3-4 weeks
4. Accepted organizations receive additional information about next steps via email
5. Have not yet attended an information session? Join an upcoming session hosted by an OATS representative here.

Application Details

• The application takes approximately 30-60 minutes to complete.
• All questions are required unless otherwise noted.
• Organizations operating in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands are eligible to apply.
• Applications are now open for May 2025 enrollment, with training beginning in May and program delivery starting in June.
• Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
• Applicants will be notified whether or not they have been accepted by email within 3-4 weeks after submission. Please ensure that licensing@seniorplanet.org is added to your safelist as this is how we will contact you.
