CARLI Title Reduction: Bibs With No Inventory

CARLI is working toward reducing title duplication in Alma and improving efficiencies in managing shared bibliographic data. One area where efficiency may be improved is the removal of bibliographic records that have no inventory. These may be records that were added in the past for acquisitions, or records for withdrawn materials, or possibly accidental duplicate bibs. In the Box shared files, please see the report(s) entitled, "XXX_Bibliographic_records_in_Institution_with_no_inventory_#" (where XXX is your institution's CARLI 3-letter code; and # is number indicating the file number, as each list may have at most 9,999 rows). This report lists the current set of bibliographic records in your institution's Alma IZ that have no inventory. Please reply to indicate if your institution staff will perform this clean-up work by November 24, 2021, or if CARLI should do this work on your behalf.
