The proposal should be submitted no less than 4 weeks before the scheduled work to allow feedback.
If you haven't done any coordination a proposal is required and submission will be discussed in weekly facilities shutdown meeting.
If Data Centers, campus networks, or computers are anticipated to be impacted, a proposal should be submitted no less than 2.5 weeks prior to the scheduled work.
Examples of critical research environments include animal rooms, CT rooms, temperature-controlled rooms, MRI machines, Zebrafish facilities, greenhouses, freezer farms, fume hoods, etc.
Please check the applicable recipient lists (all that apply). Each notification is automatically sent to the FS Memo distribution group.

List all areas impacted including room number(s). This includes outside areas including streets, parking, sidewalks, entries, tunnels, ADA.
Work Control depends on insights from subject matter experts to outline campus impacts and inform relevant supervisors. Additionally, Work Control may need to collaborate with Building Operations and Maintenance Supervisors during the weekly shutdown coordination meeting.
Provide a comprehensive explanation of the services that will be affected, including specific details on how these changes will impact customers. Highlight any disruptions, delays, or modifications to ensure customers are aware of the expected outcomes and timelines.
