Hillcrest LGBTQ+ Historic Context Statement Survey
A historic context statement is a tool used in historic preservation planning to assist in the identification, evaluation, and possible designation of historic resources. A historic context statement ties important people, events, and historical themes to the built environment, which is comprised of the buildings, structures, objects and sites around us. This can include (but is not limted to) residential, commercial, industrial, and other buildings; bridges; parks; and the sites of events such as parades, rallies or demonstrations. We invite you to share your thoughts regarding the draft Hillcrest LGBTQ+ Historic Context Statement. You can review the draft Hillcrest LGBTQ+ Historic Context Statement, and learn more about what a historic context statement is and how it is used by going to the PlanHIllcrest website and clicking on the "Historic Preservation" tab. www.planhillcrest.org
