When we asked all respondents – a mix of end users, such as consumer packaged goods companies (CPGs), and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) – to tell us their top three operational priorities, labor came out first. This is no surprise since the USA is currently facing an unprecedented labor shortage.This is not a problem afflicting packaging and processing alone, it’s an economy-wide trend.
