Please fill out all the information below to request proof of permit to have Reciprocity to another campus.

Only Staff and Faculty are eligible for Reciprocity to other UC Campuses. Reciprocity among the UC campuses is for the purpose of expediting university business conducted by the faculty or staff member at the host campus and is valid for no more than five consecutive days. If an employee from another UC campus is working or teaching for a period longer than five days, a permit purchase may be required.
