COMMUNITY ZONE

Community Zone is a shared space that includes Company Team tables, games, on-site catering, and a prime location.


For 2025, we’re excited to bring back a one-stop Hospitality package. This comprehensive package bundles catering (including sales tax and gratuity), team seating and features drink vouchers for each team member. Cost is $75 per person**.


Please keep in mind, participants must be 21+ to enter this space, with ID checks on-site.

HOSPITALITY TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Hospitality offerings are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and must be completed online by Team Captains. Please note that orders are not considered confirmed until full payment is made.


Payment for hospitality spaces must be made by Tuesday, May 13, 2025. If payment for your hospitality space is not received by May 13, your Company Team’s order is not guaranteed.


LOAD IN/LOAD OUT


  • Vehicles will be allowed to enter Delaware Park between 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • All vehicles (including Catering) will be removed from Ring Road by 5:00 p.m.
  • You may drop off items and set up at the event site on race day.
  • All vehicles must access Ring Road via the Jewett entrance and have their company team name displayed while within Delaware Park.
  • You are responsible for any unattended items inside your tent space.
  • Ring Road will remain closed during event hours 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • Load out vehicle road access is subject to the discretion of on site security.
  • Outside tent vendors are not permitted on site.
  • Due to event safety communication protocols Company Team space DJs and/or sound systems are not permitted.
  • To help ensure event safety all tent or hospitality set ups must be coordinated and confirmed through the 2025 J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge Buffalo hospitality reservations team.
  • All BYOT set ups must be securely staked at each corner; event staff will be on site to ensure this requirement is adhered to. The J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge Buffalo hospitality reservations team reserves the right to ask Companies that do not comply with proper staking to either remove the structure and vacate the event space or comply with this policy.


CATERING


Team Captains are required to communicate the protocols below with outside caterers.

  • All catering vehicles must have team names displayed at all times.
  • Please respect the venue and do not damage the park grounds.
  • Participants and/or caterers are permitted to use golf carts or gators to transport items into the hospitality area, but they must have turf tires.
  • Outside food and beverage is not permitted in Community Zone.
  • You are responsible for any unattended items inside your tent space.
  • Smoker grills are not permitted.
  • Ice can not be disposed of on grass at event site.
