Before you submit, please ensure you ask:

  • Could I ask my mentor/senior mentor/coordinator about this?
  • Is this information already on the Peer Mentoring Moodle Portal?
  • Is my question answered by the Peer Mentoring FAQ's?


We aim to respond to your enquiry within 48 hours, however peak periods (orientation, start of semester, etc) are a busy time for our small team and it may take longer. Thanks for your understanding during this time.

  • Applications - for any questions related to mentor/senior mentor/coordinator applications, and providing certain documents (e.g. the WWCC card)
  • Mentoring group - please tick this box if you have any questions about contacting your mentor/mentees, your co-mentor etc.
  • Moodle - please tick this box if you have questions about anything Moodle-related, such as accessing the portal, group chat and/or forums
  • Matching - please tick this box if you have any questions about any changes to mentoring groups that we have to make on Chronus/Moodle. For instance, a mentor mentor/co-mentor withdrawing from the program, or if a mentee would like to withdraw
