Hamptons Everything can help with the Bonfire permitting

12 - 24 guests: $1500 staffing base. includes 2 servers + 1 chef 25- 40 guest: $2500 staffing base, includes 3 servers + 2 chefs + $95 per guest PACKAGE INCLUDES: bamboo plates + cutlery, bistro napkin, serving platters. grill/steamers, bibs + crackers / served family style / add on hors d'oeuvres optional CHEF LOBSTER BOIL butter poached deconstructed lobster + old bay poached shrimp + steamed clams, tarter + cocktail sauce grilled assorted sausages + seasonal mustards local corn pinwheels + balsam farm baby potatoes picnic fried chicken organic, buttermilk ranch + honey mustard tomato salad + crispy shallots + remoulade, veg kale caesar salad + shaved parmesan, gf + veg

no base staffing / set up fee of $150 $65 per person (12 guest minimum) family style harvest display, ready to eat, enamel + wood platters includes bamboo share plates / all finger food, napkins included BONFIRE SPECIAL MENU: cheese + charcuterie + fruits + crackers aristocrat dips: onion dip + guacamole, potato chips picnic fried chicken, boneless old bay poached shrimp + tarter sauce mini lobster rolls + grilled pineapple + brioche hot dog bun dirty corn + pimento cheese aioli + feta * client either needs to rent a table through Hamptons Everything or have a table available for set up

THE BEACH SET UP (tables + chairs + more!)

we partner with Hamptons Everything for the on-the-beach set up, please let us know what you would like to add + we will connect you with them for their estimate and confirmation. Hamptons Everything has a minimum labor fee of $150. please note that the packages above only include the food + platters, and staffing as described in the packages. client is responsible for their own beach permits, alcohol permits, etc

Lighting Options

the beach is very dark at night, bistro lighting is highly recommended for on-beach dinners. if you are just doing a more casual bonfire than you might not need lighting

due to beach regulations, clients are responsible for obtaining a beach party permit + alcohol permit. please note that hard liquor is not allowed on the beach per the permits.

BONFIRES: As for beaches, the Town of East Hampton (e.g. Egypt, Townline, and Main Beaches) generally do not require bonfire permits as long as you stay within town fire ordinances, whereas the Town of Southampton (e.g. Fowler, Little Plains, Sagg Main, Gin, and Foster Memorial/Long Beaches) do. Hamptons Everything can help with the Bonfire permitting ALCOHOL: each town / villages has it's own alcohol policies, please contact the town clerk for further information on what you need to apply for. Ultimately, the host is responsible for any fines, tickets, summons by the town.
