GRASS PITCH GRANT

APPLICATION FORM

Birmingham County FA have created a funding pot for all clubs to access that are part of the Grass Pitch Improvement Programme.


The fund is designed to help towards much needed equipment and/or extensive renovation works that have been highlighted as beneficial following a PitchPower Report.


BEFORE YOU START


We expect/anticipate that the club themselves will have generated a funding contribution to support the project in some capacity.


Before starting your application, you need to ensure that you have an up to date PitchPower Report, two like for like quotes and a copy of your clubs Football Development Plan.

*If successful, BCFA will send an offer confirming the level of funding agreed. Funds will only be released when the club has forwarded the offer letter from the Football Foundation.

*All payments must be paid into a CLUB bank account and any equipment we support with funding must have the relevant insurance

*BCFA will require proof of purchase via an invoice within 3 months of receiving the funds.
