BCM offers scholarship funds based on donor preference.

Scholarship Guidelines are located on the Office of Financial Aid webpage:

You may apply to all eligible scholarships at one time through this form. This form will automatically reload after each submission allowing you to apply for more scholarships before the application deadline if necessary.

For all Merit Based and Merit + Need Based Scholarships, a single common essay question will be used. Please use the same essay for every scholarship you apply towards in these two categories.

Please limit free text responses to 350 words. Responses greater than 350 words will not be reviewed for awards.

The scholarship applications will open at 8:00 am on 3/1/2025 and close at 4:00 pm on 3/31/2025.

Decisions will be made by 05/31/2025 and recipients will be notified by email between 6/1-30/25.

Baylor College of Medicine Advancement and Alumni Affairs will notify each scholarship recipient to send the donor a “Thank You” letter at the end of the academic year.
