2024-2025 CFE Professional Engagement Certificate Completion Form

Thank you for your interest in the CFE Professional Engagement Certificate Program. For program information and requirements, visit the Professional Engagement Certificate page of the CFE website.


In order to submit your completion form, you must download the 2024-2025 Professional Engagement Certificate Application Template from the Professional Engagement Certificate page of the CFE website and complete the application form. Upload the application in the area below labeled "Application Form File Upload."


The deadline to submit the application for the 2024-2025 academic year is May 2, 2025. Application and completion forms will be reviewed and certificates will be awarded after the deadline.
